I am working with a client based in Norfolk area who are looking to onboard a Property Surveyor to join their Maintenance team on an interim basis.

Property Surveyor

Requirements:

- Be experienced with stock condition surveys, disrepair and day to day repairs.

- Have prior experience working for a Local authority/Housing association working in a similar position.

- Be able to identify and act on structural defects.

Job Details:

Rate - Negotiable DOE (Umbrella)

Working pattern - Hybrid

Location - Norfolk
