Description
Provide legal advice on property transactions.
Prepare and review contracts for property transactions.
Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
Attend property closings and manage associated legal processes.
Perform due diligence checks on property and land sales.
Assist in resolving property-related disputes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property law.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.Profile
A successful Property Solicitor should have:
A Law degree and a completed Legal Practice Course.
Knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
