You will be working for an established nationwide Housing Association.
The Role:
As the Property Services Assistant, you will be responsible for all administration in supporting the residential team in delivering all aspects of the reactive, planned and programmed maintenance and to deliver a standard of service to all customers.
Your Responsibilities:
-Assisting in the preparation, maintenance and review a list of approved contractors for maintenance works with the appointment of contractors for specific works.
- Ensure contractors are instructed and responsible for keeping a record of all works undertaken.
- Liaise with customer and place orders for works using their system.
