Reports to: Marketing and Creative Director

Location: Butleigh/ Baltonsborough, Somerset

Contract: Full-time, permanent (9am to 5:30pm, Tuesday to Sunday)

Salary: £27,500 per annum plus monthly bonus

Our head office is based in Butleigh, Somerset and this role will initially be located at our sales office on site at Baltonsborough. We employ experienced and specialist staff, currently delivering up to 50 outstanding new homes a year at beautiful locations in the South West of England.

The role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Homes Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property development, a strong background in property sales, and a keen eye for detail. Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales through the company’s strategic marketing initiatives.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the sales process whilst maintaining excellent relationships with customers throughout to provide an exceptionally positive buying experience.

Based at our sales pod, the successful role holder will engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and preferences in a new home. You will build a deep understanding of the features, specifications, and benefits of the new home being sold, including knowledge of the surrounding area, amenities, and local infrastructure. You will ensure homes are well-presented and create an inviting environment for potential buyers. You’ll then conduct effective sales presentations and tours for potential buyers, highlighting the key selling points of the properties and addressing any questions they may have. You will negotiate with buyers to secure sales, including discussing pricing, incentives, and financing options to meet their needs whilst maximising sales revenue.

As Sales Executive, you will stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for sales growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly. You will be continuously seek ways to improve sales techniques, customer service processes, and product knowledge to enhance overall sales performance and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll need to succeed:

* The ideal candidate will have significant experience in property sales/ estate agency.

* A knowledge of new homes would be beneficial.

* High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines.

* Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* A good understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel and Word.

* Commercially astute with a good understanding of the market and competitors.

* Able to build relationships across functions, internally and externally.

* UK Driving licence and willingness to travel.

* Must be willing to work a Tuesday to Saturday schedule each week.
