Description:
An exciting opportunity has come up for a paralegal/legal assistant to join our top legal client's property department. This position will be a permanent, full time opportunity based near Hayes.
Key duties to include:
* Utilise the land registry portal.
* Submit searches.
* Opening and closing files.
* Complete diary management and event scheduling tasks.
* Maintaining the internal database system.
* Completing general administrative tasks to support the Conveyancing team.
* Liaising with clients and key stake holders via email, phone and in person.
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous Paralegal/legal assistant experience in a conveyancing department.
* A keen interest in the residential conveyancing.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Excellent spelling and grammar.
* Organised and attentive to detail.
