Property Negotiator

Description:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team in Lewisham supporting as a Property Negotiator.

If you are a self-motivated individual with experience in a target-based role, this will be a great fit for you.

Key Responsibilities

Negotiate and procure high quality accommodation
Collaborate with partners to develop new initiatives for increasing accommodation supply
Create and assess advertising materials for private sector initiatives
Guide landlords to support services
Deliver exceptional customer service to stakeholders and handle inquiries promptly
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders
Ensure accommodation meets safety and quality standards
Conduct operational meetings with suppliers
Vet accommodation suppliers for suitability
Keep accommodation files updated for audits
Ensure timely completion of documentation for payments
Monitor budget expenditure and report on procurement progress
Assist in contract management and review processes
Manage landlord inquiries and complaints
Maintain detailed property records and provide reports
Meet performance targets for property procurement
Establish and maintain a central landlords database
Assist clients in property viewings when necessary
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Uphold core values and environmental policies
Undertake additional duties as requiredKey Requirements

Excellent communicator
Previous experience in a similar role
Target driven
History of discharging duty
Strong IT skillsWorking hours will be Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

This role is on a temporary basis from May 2024 – May 2025.
