As the recruitment partner representing our client, we’re searching for a dynamic leader who can take charge of a well‑established Property Management function, guiding a team of four Property Managers overseeing a portfolio of around 700 fully managed homes. What You’ll Own as Property Management Team Leader

You’ll be the driving force behind the branch’s Property Management operation — leading from the front, setting standards and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer outcomes.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach and develop a team of 4 Property Managers

Run regular 1:1s, reviews and development planning

Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance

Support recruitment, onboarding and retention

Address underperformance constructively and confidently

Operational Excellence

Oversee the four core pillars of Property Management:

Maintenance coordination

Compliance management

Third‑party inspections & checkouts

Deposit negotiations & End of Tenancy

You’ll monitor KPIs, portfolio health, workload distribution and drive process improvements that make a real difference.

Communication & Performance

Host daily team huddles

Deliver operational updates to senior leadership

Track KPIs, customer satisfaction and performance trends

Conduct audits and ensure consistent standards

Customer Experience

Act as escalation point for complex cases

Strengthen client relationships

Drive retention and service excellence

Promote proactive, solutions‑focused communication

Strategic Contribution

Influence business planning and operational strategy

Support group‑wide PM initiatives

Share insights to improve efficiency and customer experience
