Description
Overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties
Ensuring properties meet health and safety standards
Developing and implementing property management policies and procedures
Managing budgets and financial forecasts for properties
Coordinating with tenants to address their concerns and ensure their satisfaction
Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers and contractors
Preparing performance reports for senior management
Identifying and implementing initiatives to increase property valuesProfile
A successful Property and Asset Manager should have:
A degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in property management or a related role
Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills
