Responsibilities:

* Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties in Central London.

* Oversee day-to-day operations, including tenant relations, maintenance, and lease enforcement.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and vendors.

* Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.

* Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

* Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.

* Actively seek opportunities to enhance property value and maximize investment returns.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in commercial property management.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.

* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

* Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.

* A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

* Relevant industry qualifications (e.g., RICS, IRPM) preferred but not essential.
