I am working with an exceptional company in the property sector based in Manchester who is looking to fill their role of property manager. They are looking for a candidate who brings experience and prior knowledge of property management to the role to further their career and grow with the company in Manchester.
If you are a dedicated property manager with a passion for the industry then this is the role for you!
Your responsibilities as a Property Manager will include:
* Site Visits
* Meetings with residents
* Monitor collection of ground rent
* Providing excellent customer service at all times
* Instructing contractors to carry out work
* Issuing section orders
* Inspections
* Inspection reports
* Working with Freeholders
We are looking for…
* Previous Property management experience, assistant property management, facilities or senior estate agency
* Presentable and great communicator
* Industry specific qualifications desirable IRPM
* Self starter, quick learner and highly organised
* Genuine Interest in Property
