The organisation manages an extensive property portfolio of 50 sites across the UK, totalling 3 million sq ft, serving high-profile clients and joint venture partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management: Oversee a small industrial portfolio, ensuring minimal voids and optimal rental income.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to occupiers, addressing their needs promptly and effectively.
Financial Oversight: Manage income and service charge budgets, ensuring financial efficiency for each asset.
Compliance: Maintain sites to the highest standards, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety legislation.   
Core Duties:

Serve as the primary contact for all inquiries related to the assigned portfolio, with occasional coverage of the wider portfolio.
Conduct property viewings and progress lettings according to each landlord’s procedures.
Prepare Heads of Terms, Leases, and Tenancy Agreements, and negotiate leases with prospective tenants, agents, or solicitors.
Draft and issue S25 notices, handle lease renewals, and manage lease events such as surrenders, assignments, and variations.
Initiate the dilapidations process for lease expiries and manage vacant properties through regular inspections.
Oversee service charge budgets, including routine maintenance and project works.
Liaise proactively with tenants, addressing queries and complaints.
Support capital estate or unit-specific refurbishment projects in collaboration with the Associate Property Director.
Conduct periodic inspections of a retirement living portfolio across the UK.   
Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Previous experience in a commercial property environment is essential.
Skills: Confident, conscientious, and proactive with excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
