Property Manager

Description:

An established and growing property business is seeking an experienced Property Manager.

As a Property Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well maintained, compliant with relevant legislation, and delivering a high standard of service to both landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the day-to-day operation of a residential property portfolio.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

* Coordinate contractors and service providers, ensuring works are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

* Handle maintenance issues, arranging repairs and property inspections as required.

* Monitor rental payments and assist with property-related reporting.

* Ensure all properties remain compliant with current legislation and safety requirements.

* Manage tenancy renewals, terminations, inspections, deposit matters, and move-out processes.

What the employer is looking for:

* Previous experience within residential property management.

* Good understanding of lettings and property management procedures.

* Knowledge of maintenance coordination, property compliance, and tenancy legislation.

* Strong customer service and communication skills.

* Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to prioritise a busy workload.

* Confident problem solver with a professional approach.

* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
