Description:
Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Property Manager on behalf of our client based in Redbourn, Herts.
Working as part of a small office team, you will be managing all aspects of property operations.
The Person:
Some previous property management experience is essential
An excellent communicator both written and verbal
Strong customer service / people skills
Proficient in MS Office
A good level of administrative skills is required
Must have a full UK driving licence
The Role:
You will be carrying out regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs
Maintain accurate records of property expenses, income, and tenant information
Dealing with follow up calls and admin as required
Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm - Hybrid working available
to £24,000 pa + Bonus - OTE £25,000 pa
