My client are seeking a Property Manager to join their lovely team based in Cheltenham. The ideal candidate will have experience within property – lettings, sales or property management. The Role:
* Managing a portfolio of properties
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, maintenance and contractors
* Arranging property maintenance
* Negotiating renewals with landlords
* Arranging property visits and checks
Skills and Attributes:
* Experience within property – lettings, sales or property management
* Excellent customer service
* Ability to build rapport
* Highly organised and ability to work well under pressure
* Problem solving
* Driving licence and own car
