This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a leading, international Property brand onsite for one of their prestigious clients. More aligned to a BTR role this role is based onsite at a development near Waterloo and Kennington.

You’ll be managing a portfolio on behalf of one large landlord who owns the whole development.

The portfolio is around 200 properties, you will also work closely with the site Block Manager and Lettings and community manager.
They are looking for an experienced Property Manager who will provide first class customer service to both tenants and the client.

Property Manager key duties:

* Liaising with tenants over internal and external redecoration of common parts or other works affecting residents

* Undertaking and overseeing the management of minor works between tenancies and liaising with the Landlord for larger scale works

* Liaising with tenants, ensuring delivery of exemplary customer experience at all stages, from check in to check out and deposit return, ensuring adherence to obligations under tenancy agreements at all times

* Working with the compliance team to keep all Statutory Health and Safety inspections up to date both within the tenants demise and within the blocks under management

* Meeting and greeting all new tenants at the commencement of their tenancies and provision of welcome information to them

* Undertaking annual property inspections of all properties under management

* Arranging check outs, inventories, return of deposits and updating deposit scheme records

* Management of rent reviews and service of S45 and S13 documents, including accurate record keeping of the same

* Processing Insurance claims

* Providing client reports and attending client meetings as required

* Assisting annual budgets and commenting on actual expenditure

* Attending meetings and preparing reports with support from senior members of the team

* Responding to queries and requests in a timely manner

* Liaising with the client accounts team

* Periodically serving notices and attending court proceedings

Property Manager package:
Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
South London & some hybrid working (after probation)
£33,000 - £35,000 plus benefits
