Must have’s
* Property management, lettings, maintenance coordination, or property industry experience
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Professional, calm, and client-focused approach
* Confident written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Nice to have’s
* Full UK driving licence
* Knowledge of residential property compliance and tenancy legislation
* Experience using property management software
So, what will you be doing?
* Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties with full ownership and accountability
* Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, building strong relationships
* Handling day-to-day tenancy management and maintenance issues efficiently
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to ensure timely resolutions
* Conducting property inspections and producing accurate reports
* Ensuring properties meet compliance and safety regulations
* Managing check-outs and negotiating deposit returns fairly and professionally
* Maintaining accurate records using property management systems
* Delivering consistently high levels of customer service
