Your new company
Our client is a well-established and growing property consultancy with a strong presence across Scotland. Due to continued growth, they are seeking to appoint either a Property Manager or Facilities Manager to join their Inverness office and support the management of a varied commercial property portfolio.
Your new role
As a Property Manager or Facilities Manager, you'll play a key role in the management and operation of commercial property assets, ensuring that properties are maintained to the highest standards while delivering excellent service to clients and occupiers.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing commercial and mixed-use property portfolios
Delivering property and facilities management services in line with management agreements
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, occupiers, contractors, and stakeholders
Coordinating maintenance, compliance, and operational activities across managed properties
Monitoring service delivery and ensuring client requirements are met
Managing contractors and service providers to ensure high standards of performance
Supporting budget management and property-related administration
Ensuring all work is delivered in line with company policies and procedures
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within Property Management or Facilities Management
A relevant degree and professional membership such as RICS or AssocRICS (desirable)
Strong knowledge of commercial property operations and facilities management practices
Excellent organisational and time management skills
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience using Microsoft Office applications and property management systems
A proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service
Knowledge of relevant legal and compliance requirements within property management
