Location: Watford, Hertfordshire (Office based)

The Client:
Our client is a well-established estate agency, specialising in sales and letting properties to their clients.
The Role:
As a Property Manager, you will be managing tenancy-related tasks, from pre-move-in processes to post-move-in maintenance and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections and handle maintenance requests.
Maintain regular communication with tenants and landlords.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
Previously worked as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
Must have relevant experience.
Highly organised with strong IT skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Full UK driving licence and own car.
Shifts:
Monday - Friday: 8:45am - 6:00pm
Every third Saturday: 9am - 5pm
