Position: Property Manager

Salary: £24,000 - £30,000 depending on experience

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm

Role Essentials:

* A minimum of one year's experience in property management or a related field

* A personal vehicle and valid driving license are essential for this role.

* Proficiency in IT and computer literacy, ensuring efficiency in daily tasks.

* A commendable telephone manner, facilitating clear and professional communication.

* Expertise in email correspondence, showcasing your ability to connect and convey information effectively.

* A keen eye for detail, ensuring precision in all aspects of property management.

* Strong writing skills coupled with good comprehension, essential for crafting clear and concise documents.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.

* Dealing with landlord and tenant queries

* Dealing with rent insurance/eviction claims

* Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as necessary, liaising with contractors and service providers.

* Registering deposits and handling end of tenancy disputes between landlord and tenant

* Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition and identify any issues requiring attention.

* Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

* Facilitate the leasing process, including screening potential tenants, drafting tenancy agreements, and conducting move-in and move-out inspections.

* Foster positive relationships with tenants to promote tenant satisfaction and retention.

* Being pro-active in chasing arrears and management issues, whilst updating both tenants and landlords on such issues.
