I am currently working with a Property Management Company with over 20+ years experience in the market. They offer services such as Sales & Lettings, Valuations, In-house Maintenance, Property Management, Chartered Surveyors, Refurbishments & Social Housing. Utilising their expert experience to help deliver tailored services for their clients and investors.
Your new role
The Property Manager role is solely office based from Monday - Friday, working from 09:00 17:30. Day to day duties include
Renewals
Planned Maintenance
Drafting ASTs
Serving Section 8 & 21's
Referencing Tenants
Managing Sub-Contractors
Handling all Compliance
Full responsibility for your Property PortfolioDesirable Requirements
Qualification of Level 2/3+ Award in Residential Letter & Property Management
Experience in working in the Property Industry
1+ Years experience working in a Property Management Role
Experience supporting multiple teams and directorsWhat you'll get in return
