Description:
My client based in West Sussex are looking to appoint an Interim Property Manager.
This role will lead a surveying team of 5, mentor new surveyors in the team in gaining their RICs chartership, work managing a small patch of the estate, manage all maintenance works on said properties.
The post holder will:
- Be RICS qualified
- Have local authority experience
- Experience with estate management
- Be able to develop a maintenance life-cycle program
- Be open to a permanent position
Contract Length- intial 3 months- temp to perm option following this.
Rate- Negotiable- DOE
Working Pattern- Hybrid
