* Location: Aldershot
* Hours: Monday to Friday | 9am – 5pm
This is an exciting and rewarding role situated in the heart of Aldershot. A competitive salary of £30,000 (Neg), awaits a dedicated individual ready to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring the highest standards of service and maintenance.
The successful Property Manager will be responsible for the following:
* Assist in managing the property portfolio in order to maximise office income including the retention of properties and clients.
* Assist in managing property maintenance issues.
* Liaise with Landlords and negotiate with contractors for works to be carried out on properties.
* Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, EPC’s, EICR’s and all other legal documentation to ensure that all managed properties comply with current legislation.
* Liaise with independent inventory company and front office staff to ensure a smooth check in /out process.
* Handle deposit dispute negotiations.
To be considered for this position of Property Manager, you will need to have a previous experience as a Property Manager and be able to effectively manage a property portfolio. You will need to have strong attention to detail, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
