A Day in The Life

We’re seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a portfolio while collaborating closely with the dynamic team, providing mutual support as needed. Your responsibilities will include conducting property inspections, managing notices, addressing deposit retention & reduction, and promptly resolving maintenance issues.

Job Responsibilities

* Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties.

* Maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.

* Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

* Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.

* Coordinate maintenance and repair work.

* Manage tenancy agreements, including negotiation and enforcement.

* Collect rent payments and maintain financial records.

* Stay updated on property legislation, regulations, and market trends.

* Prepare reports on financial performance and occupancy rates.

* Develop strategies to attract and retain tenants.

* Collaborate with team members for smooth operations.

Skills & Attributes

* Possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in Property/Block Management.

* Demonstrated experience in conducting property inspections.

* Proficient in managing notices and handling deposit processes.

* Ability to promptly address and resolve maintenance issues.

* Strong collaborative skills, comfortable working within a dynamic team environment.

* Committed to continuous learning and professional development.

* Customer service-oriented with a meticulous approach to procedures.

* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

* Enthusiastic about learning Property Management Legislation.

* Hold a Full UK Driving License.

Hours of Work

* Full-Time

* Monday - Friday

* 9am – 5pm
