The Role
We're looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a diverse residential portfolio and build strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing residential properties, tenancies and compliance
Conducting inspections and overseeing repairs and contractors
Managing rent reviews, budgets, arrears and financial reporting
Advising clients on property strategy, legislation and market opportunities
Supporting business development and portfolio growth
Mentoring and supporting junior team members
About You
You'll have strong residential property management experience, excellent client and communication skills, and a commercial approach to estate management.
A professional qualification such as ARLA, AssocRICS or MRICS is desirable.
