This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is experienced in Residential Property Management; organised, methodical and industrious with an ability to prioritise and resides within the Eastbourne area.
Our client is seeking a Property Manager for a position at their established independent Estate & Lettings Agency and in their Property Management department.
If you are looking for a new position with a well-known local brand that has an excellent reputation and strong local presence, then this could be for you.
You will need have a great previous track record in Residential Property Management.
You will be articulate, well-spoken, a real people person; be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords and Tenants; show empathy and understanding and you must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure.
Skills: The skills required for this Property Manager role will include:
Previous experienced in Property Management
Understanding of current lettings legislation
Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
Problem solve effectively
High level of customer service skills
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Ability to work in a pressurised environment
Knowledge of the local Eastbourne area helpful
Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
ARLA qualification helpful
