Property Maintenance Operative / Multi-Skilled Handyman
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £150 -£200 per day | Full-Time | Permanent
Red Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established Property Management company looking after a portfolio of approximately 400 residential properties.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Operative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role with plenty of regular work, offering a varied workload across a large residential property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* General property repairs and maintenance
* Basic plumbing, carpentry and decorating
* Repair and replace fixtures and fittings
* Respond to maintenance requests
* Carry out property inspections and repairs
* Deliver excellent customer service to tenants and landlords
About You
* Previous experience in property maintenance or a handyman role
* Strong all-round maintenance skills
* Able to work independently and manage your own workload
* Full UK Driving Licence
Basic electrical maintenance experience would be advantageous.
