Description:
Our client provides asset and property management services to the rental housing sector. They are looking for a handyman with multi-trade style skills to assist them for 2 weeks taking a property from the state of move out ready for the next tenant to move in. This is a temporary starting Monday 18th June for 2 weeks.
Duties will include property repairs and general maintenance such as (this is not an exhaustive list);
Re-active maintenance
Hanging doors
Skirting
Kitchens
Painting & Decorating
Basic plumbing
