Absolute Executive Search are partnered with a well established Firm in Surrey who are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join their busy Team.
You will have 4 yrs+ PQE experience of working in a Property Litigation role. The successful candidate will have a varied caseload of property matters which will include Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 Act claims, dilapidations, possession claims, breaches of lease covenants and residential leasehold enfranchisement work.
