Property Lister / Valuer
Our client is a top Estate Agent in Kent, why not work for the best?
We are looking for a Property Lister/ Valuer to join their fantastic team and to grow with the company.
Responsibilities will include the following;
Providing first class customer service to ensure customers receive the best price for their properties
Successfully list a targeted number of properties, giving excellent advice to the vendors
Keeping up to date with the market conditions and developments
Identifying new leads and generating increased business
Working closely with your team to ensure the listing is effective and the marketing strategy suits the property
Assisting the General Manager in the day to day running of the office
Helping to motivate and inspire the team, especially in the absence of the General Manager What you will receive in return;
