This exciting client is a very active, residential led, property investment/development firm based in the heart of South West London. The companies aim is to deliver high quality developments in the community to meet local needs, that are designed with architectural flair, to enhance the local environment.

Property & Lettings Manager - Key Duties:

* Develop lettings practices for vetting applicants

* Carry out viewings as required

* Full ownership of the lettings & management function

* Day to day maintenance of the flats – reactive and planned

* AST renewals

* Change of tenants, check in/out and deposit returns

* Carry out inspections and act on the findings

* Training, delegating and managing the team administrator

Property & Lettings Manager – Person Profile:

* ARLA qualified

* Rounded experience in residential property management

* Ideally some experience or interest in the lettings side.

* Business Development minded

* Organised and independent

* Team player, collaborative and great communicator

* Driving licence is essential

* SW London knowledge is preferred

Property & Lettings Manager – Salary Guide:
£35,000 - £40,000

Commission on lettings deals

Core Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5:30 pm + viewings when requested
