Description:

The Recruitment Co are Property Inspector for our Client in Dundee on a Fixed Term Contract.

Pay: £25,000 & £3,000 Company Car Allowance Per Annum Pro Rata

Location: Dundee

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Contract: Starting Immediately until the 15th of October 2024

Duties:

To help achieve and exceed department KPI's around volume, deadlines, profit and margin and growth of portfolio interaction in repairs
Undertake property inspections across our portfolio of rental properties
Identifying urgent repairs as well as recommending proactive improvements to properties
Sourcing contractors within the City
Ensure all void properties are checked in accordance with insurance requirements.
Assist with preparing and diarising inventory and move out inspections
Carry out spot checks and support to our Property Manager
Positive client feedback
Required Skills:

Full Uk Driving Licence with access to own car
Available immediately
Experience within the Property Sector - Desirable
