Description:
VNA Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Property Inspections Officer for our client based in Lambeth. The main duties of the role are:
* Responsible for the inpection of accommodation units as required, ensuring that they meet with required standards and are free of hazards
* Responsible for ensuring that all appropriate standards are met and various certifications are provided for gas and electrical installations, energy efficiency etc.
* Prepare condition surveys
* Monitor progress on repair issues and liaise with landlords/providers etc.
* Maintain and monitor safety certificates ensuring they are valid and in date
* Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
