My client is a Holiday Let Management Company who have ambitious plans to grow the business throughout the Cotswolds and beyond, with a keen focus on quality over quantity. They now have a fantastic opportunity for a Property Consultant to join the team and support their growth plans.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Property Consultant:
Identify and generate your own leads and manage your own pipeline to deliver business growth
Arrange site visits to meet property owners in order to showcase the business and services offered
Develop strong relationships with clients and other third party stakeholders
Collaborate with colleagues to increase brand awareness
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Property Consultant:
Experience in a similar role within Property, Travel or Tourism highly desirable
A self-starter, with a positive 'can do' attitude
First class communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
The ability to develop and nurture strong client relationships
Highly organised with excellent time management
