Are you a confident team manager looking to progress your career in property claims? Are you a team leader with strong leadership skills, looking for your next step?

*Please note that property claims experience and management experience are essential*

Location: hybrid (must be UK based), with 1/2 days in the London based office
Salary: £38.5k+ DOE with bonus based on targets
Hours: 35 hours per week, Mon - Fri between 8am-6pm

You will be managing a team of 9-12 claims handlers, dealing with large domestic claims. Responsibilities will include:

- supporting the team with mentoring, training and development
- liaising with clients
- building customer and supplier relationships
- ensuring the team meet set targets
- completing performance meetings with the team
