An exciting opportunity has come up for Property Assistant/Administrator to join a well established Legal and Estate agency firm based in Kirkcaldy.
As first point of contact for clients when calling or entering our legal and estate agency office, this in an important role and key duties and experience should include.
Proven legal and/or estate agency administration experience.
Ideally property sales negotiation skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with a mixture of the general public, clients and other professionals.
A positive team worker who will also have an eye for detail.
Ability to assist busy Estate Agency team as well as general office admin (answering phones, dealing with mail, greeting clients, assisting other staff members with office admin).
Driving licence and car essential.
Experience with Case Management, good IT and typing skills are essential.You will received an excellent salary (DOE) , training and excellent working conditions. Please note full and part-time hours will be considered,
