We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Assistant to join a busy residential conveyancing team within an established law firm in Otley.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years’ relevant residential property/conveyancing experience and will be responsible for supporting the solicitor in charge with a range of transactional matters.

Duties will include:

• File opening
• Property searches
• HM Land Registry work
• Pre-completion and post-completion matters
• Supporting the wider property team as required

Previous experience using case management systems and a high level of IT skills are essential.

This is a full-time, office-based position.

Candidates should ideally live within approximately 8–10 miles of the office, including areas such as Otley, Leeds, Bradford, Harrogate and Ilkley.

The role offers a salary of £26,000 per annum, together with a company pension, flexible working, dependant leave, generous annual leave and regular staff social events.
