Asset Manager - Commercial Property Consultancy
- Full time permanent role based in Mayfair, London
- Salary up to £65,000 plus benefits
- Hybrid working (4 days in the London office and 1 day from home)
A leading property consultancy is looking for an experienced Asset Manager to focus on leading the management of a real estate portfolio across London and the surrounding areas. Duties will include:
- Utilising external consultants to support with asset management duties (lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, licence negotiations, claims and repair schedules)
- Support with underwriting of acquisition opportunities
- Monitoring performance of rent collection and tenant compliance
- Put in place effective strategies to ensure the portfolio is best serving the group
- Oversee property management activity
To be considered suitable for this Asset Manager role you will need to have previous experience in a similar role either in a consultancy capacity or in a client side role. In addition you will need the following skills/experience:
- MRICS qualified or relevant similar experience
- Exposure to lease renewals, rent reviews and lettings
- Ability to manage and oversee property management activities
- Strong understanding of the commercial property sector
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to negotiate
- Ability to plan and prioritise
