A market leading local firm has identified an exciting opportunity within their property team to bring on a property administrator.
The team have had great success within property leasing and have grown their business to a point which require additional support.

Monday - Friday, full-time core hours
Central location

What you'd be involved with on a day to day in this Property Administrator/PA role:
- Support the Property Manager with daily tasks and administrative duties
- Manage client details and interactions on a CRM database
- Prepare statements, bills, and transaction files for approval
- Liaise with clients and manage inbound emails efficiently
- Review and allocate sale transition files accurately

To be shortlisted, you must have:
- Experience within a property background
- Previous administrative experience
- IT literacy and a working understanding of CRM systems
- A willingness to learn and develop within the team
- A proactive who takes initiative
