Have you gained any property administration experience within an Estate Agents or preferably a Financial Services organisation?
Our client is an established financial services organisation and they are now looking to recruit a Property Administrator to join their friendly team. Initially, this role will be fully office based but 'hybrid working' will be offered after a successful probationary period.
The company is ideally looking for a candidate who has gained any previous property and/or pensions administration experience, so they may fulfil the below duties;-
* Perform a variety of tasks necessary to maintain the successful and smooth day to day running of company products and services.
* Learn a variety of tasks - all aspects of property work including rent invoicing and rent monitoring, as well as pension benefit calculations and payments.
* Provide top quality personal service to clients and build a rapport with those you have regular contact with.
* Work well as part of a team, providing support to colleagues and ensuring the working environment is friendly.
* Assist with the development of both new and existing procedures.
* Ensure adherence to all policies, procedures and brand values.
Candidate Specification;-
* Previous property sales and/or pensions administration experience.
* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
