Starting salary £22,000 DOE
I have an exciting opportunity to join my client and their amazing team in one of their beautiful offices in Cambridgeshire working Monday to Friday 8.30am till 5pm, and 1 Saturday per month which is paid at overtime and on top of the annual salary.
The role will Generally involve:
· Tenant referencing
· Tenancy agreements
· Renewals and notices
· General tenant legislation
· Covering tenant viewings on occasions
· General administration and record keeping
· Customer service
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to start a career in the property industry and my client supports and encourages the ARLA qualification and Property mark.
Essential requirements:
· FULL UK Driving Licence.
· Strong administration experience that can be seen on CV
· Living within commutable distance
Experience from a similar role is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
