Description:
Anderselite are currently recruiting for an Administrator for a permanent opportunity with a leading property management and real estate services firm based in London.
You will provide comprehensive administrative support, including phone support, typing reports, minute taking, managing filing systems including SharePoint, and distributing correspondence.
In addition, you will assist with lease administration activities, including managing tenant contacts and insurance information, generating reports, and monitoring and processing invoices.
This role will also involve supporting the team with arrangements for bid proposals, service contracts, and invoices. You will assist in the bidding process and support Property & Workplace Managers in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
We are seeking someone with previous administrative and office experience in a similar role. Attention to detail is essential, and you should be proficient in MS Office applications and general IT skills.
Experience with the internal system "Yardi" is preferred but not essential.
This is a hybrid remote/office-based role. Our working hours are 9:00-17:30, with flexible working arrangements available.
