Job Title: Legal Leasehold Administrator
Location: Welwyn Garden City
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum DOE plus 5% attendance bonus
Working Hours: 4 day work week – Mon-Thurs / Tues – Fri, with flexible working hours (09:00 – 17:00, 08:00 – 16:00 or 07:00 – 15:00)

About Our Client:
Our client, a thriving property management company, is looking to expand their dynamic and rapidly growing team with a Legal Leasehold Administrator. The business looks after several privately owned buildings across the UK from high-end complexes with on-site leisure centres and concierge to smaller, more affordable housing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Legal Leasehold Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Acting as a first point of contact to clients and answering any enquiries surrounding leaseholds and properties.
* Correspond with other departments and offices.
* Handle breaches of leases, deed of variations, and lease extensions
* Liaise regularly with internal and external stakeholders including solicitors, property surveyors, management companies, and freeholders.
* Obtain title documentation.
* Preparing key documentation, ensuring that such documentation is accurate, and assist with the creation of management packs/LPE1s.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should have:
* Previous experience within property management (ideally with a leasehold background).
* A demonstrated knowledge of legislation surrounding property management and building safety and keeping up to date with future changes.
* Harbour a pro-active and “can-do” attitude.
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
* Self-motivated attitude.
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
