Property Administrator - £25,000 - £30,000 12 month contract based in Weybridge, Surrey
Monday to Friday – 09:00 to 17:30 with free parking.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Property Administrator to provide general support.
Duties/attributes:
Liaising with landlords, tenants, and solicitors on a regular basis
Arranging inspections
Reactive maintenance calls on residential properties and organising contractors’ diaries accordingly.
Invoicing and chasing overdue payments.
Dealing with insurance claims
Updating the database
