Property Administrator
Permanent; Part-time (5 days a week ideally)
Based in Peterborough
Salary is dependent on experience
What will you be doing? (But not limited to):
* Undertaking administrative tasks, dealing with enquiries
* Provide Administration Support to the Property Manager and Sales Team
* Inputting and amending data
* Preparing tenancy agreements
* Being a point of contact for owners, responding to any enquiries professionally and promptly
* Assisting the Property Manager with ad hoc duties
What will you need?
* Good keyboard/computer skills are essential including transcription of dictation
* Good telephone manner required for dealing with client enquiries
* Property management experience is an advantage but not essential
