The Role
We are looking for a Business Development / Specification Executive to support London base client growth. This is a commercially focused, relationship‑driven role, where you will influence specification decisions and position premium products within key London based projects.
You will engage closely with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and investors, becoming a trusted partner throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and monitor key projects within your area, engaging all relevant stakeholders involved in the buying and specification process
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, developers, and investors
Actively promote the brand and product portfolio within the design and construction community
Support new business scoping and pitching, contributing to profitable sales growth
Participate in business development initiatives, including industry fairs, exhibitions, and sector events
Collect and share market and project intelligence, including key success factors and sector trends
Skills & Attributes
High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
Proactive and self‑motivated, able to work independently and take ownership
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Natural relationship builder with a consultative approach
Excellent planning and process management skills
Strong commercial awareness, understanding how actions impact business results
