Description:

We have an opportunity for a Projects Team Manager to work for an expanding Pensions and Benefits consultancy in Bristol.

You would be responsible for managing a team of around 15 people that are focused on GMP related projects over the next few years.

The team consists of Data Analysts, Calculations specialists and Pensions Administrators and have around 300 schemes / clients to work with.

The role offers a busy and varied challenge when it comes to the initial client work and then also offers good progression opportunities across the business in the future.

Key experience required includes:

Previous Team Management or team leading experience
Good understanding of pensions administration or pensions consultancy
Experience manging administrators and / or data analysts
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
