Full Time Contract
Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Project Support Officer based in South Shields. This is a contract role working full time hours.
The job:
Provide project support for the clients service management team, support tasks associated with managing complex projects.
Support service and management with the development, implementation, co-ordination and control of a range of change management projects, including service planning & reviews.
Support the use of business management tools and co-ordinate resources and individual budgets effectively
Be accountable for the coordination of all project documentation, including effective record keeping and version control.
Organise, plan and attend meetings and conferences as requested, involving internal colleagues and other stakeholders, including the creation of agendas and taking and distribution of minutes
Manage and work with stakeholders and other organisations, updating workflows and spreadsheets as appropriate within time frames.The candidate:
Experience working project support in a previous role
Experience working public sector (social care or education preferred)
Experience managing stakeholder and management expectations
Strong IT knowledge, including MS Office; Excel, Power BiHow to apply:
