Role Overview:
Are you an experienced Administrator with a passion for making a difference? We're seeking a talented Project Support Administrator to join UKAEA's Pay and Grading project team, Forward for Fusion. This exciting project aims to transform UKAEA's legacy grading structure, ensuring it aligns with their expanding organization's diverse roles and responsibilities. As a vital member of the team, you'll provide essential administrative support to their technical leads and project manager, helping to deliver this critical project on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
* Create and manage key project documentation, ensuring procedures are followed
* Maintain project databases and records in line with UKAEA policies
* Collate project data, including finances, and produce reports/presentations for stakeholders
* Provide secretarial support, including organizing meetings and taking minutes
* Track and close out project actions in a timely manner
* Coordinate and proactively address project team actions
* Support the broader project team to ensure project success
* Act as a key point of contact for project-related inquiries

Required Qualifications/Experience:
* Proven experience as an Administrator in a project environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
* Strong report and minute-writing skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders up to Director level
* Strong planning and organizational abilities
* Ability to work autonomously with initiative and minimal supervision
* Experience with Microsoft SharePoint sites is advantageous
