Working for a large FM and Maintenance contractor delivering to the Ministry of Defence across a large RAF site in Lincolnshire. This role is subject to security clearance. The hours are 8am- 4.30 pm
The Role
This is an exciting and varied role that will see you manage planned and reactive maintenance as well as Billable Works across the site.
Oversee delivery of small works up to £25k in accordance with Government Regulatory and Statutory undertakings, complying with all Health & Safety and Environmental standards and policies. These projects will typically include refurbishment works across a wide variety of building types as you would typically expect on a large MOD base and will involve the building fabric/ potholes/ flat roofs/ electrical faults, along with cyclical compliance management across the estate.
Reporting to the Built Estate Manager, the Delivery Manager will be based on site and support the Built Estate Manager to meet all the deliverables of the contract.

A large aspect of this role will include project managing small projects, managing a team of subcontractors, conducting assurance checks and ensuring that KPIs are met.
You will produce Rough Orders of Cost, manage assets, take responsibility for meeting business objectives, and take part in an out of hours rota to take calls and direct resource in emergencies.
About you
First and foremost, you should have experience of supervising or managing planned and reactive maintenance teams within a Hard FM environment, with excellent IT skills and the ability to manage projects.
This role is office-based, so you must be computer-literate.
*HND/HNC level qualification in Building/Civil Engineering or Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent experience
*Demonstrable experience of supervising staff including external contractors
Management of costs, Planning, directing and controlling activities
Management of Safe Systems of Works
Experience of supervising site operations, including:
Planning, directing and controlling activities
Agreeing scope and priorities of work
Proactive performance management
Ability to solve problems and make decisions

You must hold a full UK driving licence, and be able to pass SC Clearance.
