The Opportunity

A market-leading manufacturer within the construction sector is seeking a Project Sales Manager to join its specialist refurbishment division. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected brand that delivers innovative solutions for the repair, protection and strengthening of critical infrastructure projects across the London / South East.

The role focuses on developing specifications and driving projects from concept through to completion, working closely with architects, consultants, structural engineers and major contractors.

Projects include:

* Highways and bridges

* Rail infrastructure

* Tunnels

* Airports

* Car parks

* Harbours and ports

* Major commercial refurbishment schemes

The Role

Reporting into the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:

* Creating and influencing product specifications with architects, consultants and engineering practices

* Managing projects through the full sales cycle from specification to installation

* Building relationships with Tier 1 contractors and key decision-makers

* Delivering technical presentations and CPD seminars

* Identifying and developing new project opportunities across the region

* Working closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery

* Driving specification sales growth across London and the South East

The Candidate

We are open to individuals from a variety of construction-related backgrounds.

Suitable backgrounds may include:

* Building materials / Construction chemicals

* Civil engineering products

* Sealants and adhesives

* Structural products

* Infrastructure solutions

* Technical specification sales

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

* Experience selling into architects, consultants, contractors or specification-led environments

* Strong relationship-building and influencing skills

* Commercial awareness and project management capability

* The ability to understand and retain technical information

* A proactive and professional approach to business development

* Basic Salary circa £65,000 flexible for right individual

* Uncapped Bonus Scheme (OTE £78,000+)
